In promoting sustainable talent development, our institution collaborates actively with industry partners, government agencies, and international networks to build academic capacity and drive innovation. Strategic priorities such as inclusive access to TVET, sustainable financing, and institutional empowerment—outlined in the TVET policy—have enabled the expansion of academic opportunities through technical training scholarships, dedicated research funding, and institutional incentives for excellence.
