She is a Google Certified Educator (Level 1 & 2), AI Certified Instructor (UTM), Canva Certified Educator, Quizizz Game Changer, and a Magic School AI Pioneer. Her credentials highlight her mastery of digital pedagogy and commitment to advancing 21st-century learning. Beyond technical skills, she is a Toastmasters International speaker and leader, earning recognition for her communication and mentoring abilities. Her work, particularly in vocational and special education, demonstrates how research-based strategies and digital innovation can be applied to real-world teaching, empowering both teachers and learners.

Hemarani is a distinguished Guru Cemerlang and Global School Advocate (2025) whose career is decorated with prestigious accolades at national and international levels. Among her many recognitions are the Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (2019), Johan Pembentang Poster at the National Special Education Action Research Colloquium (2024), and the Guiding Star Award as a dedicated trainer at the ViewSonic Education Summit (2024). Her innovative projects have also earned medals at the Johor International Innovation Invention Competition and Symposium (2024) and the Sultan Abdul Halim International Conference of Education and Innovation (2022).
