PROGRAMME SYNOPSIS
This program is designed to produce competent leaders in educational management and administration. Guided by its educational objectives, the program aims to develop graduates who are proficient in applying and communicating in-depth knowledge, capable of solving problems critically and analytically, advancing their careers through lifelong learning, and demonstrating leadership, interpersonal, and digital competencies. Ethical practice and an entrepreneurial mindset within professional and societal contexts are also emphasized. By the end of the program, graduates are expected to master a wide range of skills, including critical analysis, innovative problem-solving, advanced technical application, effective communication, collaborative teamwork, digital literacy, and research design. They will also demonstrate autonomy and leadership, pursue continuous professional growth, initiate entrepreneurial projects, and uphold legal, ethical, and professional standards, making them well-equipped to address real-world challenges in the education sector.

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
- PLO 1: Apply and integrate knowledge critically and to manage and resolve problems or issues in educational management and administration towards making decision and producing new ideas and solutions.
- PLO 2: Analyze and synthesize critically to solve real world problems or issues in educational management and administration.
- PLO 3: Demonstrate advanced practical and technical skills in educational management and administration to solve educational problems.
- PLO 4: Collaborate in learning and working communities and other groups and networks.
- PLO 5: Communicate clearly the knowledge, skills, and ideas using appropriate methods.
- PLO 6: Use a wide range of suitable digital technologies and appropriate software competently in study and research.
- PLO 7: Demonstrate skills in designing, planning and executing statistical analysis through quantitative and/or qualitative research.
