Instructions for Full Paper Submission & Presentation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click<\/span> on the TVETIC2025 Full Paper Submission link.<\/span><\/a> Log in<\/strong><\/span> using your existing account or Register for a New<\/strong><\/span> one.<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u201cAdd New Submission\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/span> under your role as an author.<\/li>\n
  3. Refer to the TVETIC2025 Full Paper Submission Instruction<\/span><\/a> before proceed.<\/li>\n
  4. Fill in all required information accurately and completely.<\/li>\n
  5. Full papers may be written in either English or Malay.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Submit<\/strong><\/span> your paper in Word format (.doc or .docx)<\/strong><\/span> using the Full Paper Template<\/span><\/a> given.<\/li>\n
  7. After the review process, please note that you will receive a Notification of Acceptance <\/strong><\/span>through the system<\/span>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Upon completion of payment, parallel session schedule will be dissimenate on our website. Refer to the schedule to know your turn of presenting.<\/li>\n
  9. Presentations may be conducted via face-to-face<\/strong><\/span> or online sessions.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Virtual presenters must attend and present live during their assigned parallel session.<\/li>\n
  11. It is\u00a0advisable\u00a0<\/strong>for the online presenter to use the following virtual background during presentation. It can be dowloaded through following link.\u00a0(TVETIC2025 Virtual Background)<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
  12. Each presentation should be in 7 to 10 minutes<\/strong><\/span> only in duration.<\/li>\n
  13. Pre-recorded videos are Not Allowed.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  14. Physical presenters are welcome to join any parallel session at the venue.<\/li>\n
  15. E-certificate will be issued to each presenter within 2 weeks upon the completion of TVETIC2025.<\/li>\n
  16. A laptop will be provided<\/strong> in every parallel presentation session (face-to-face session). However, presenters are also allowed to use their own laptop\/device.<\/li>\n

    Instructions for Abstract dan Poster Submission<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Click<\/strong><\/span> on the TVETIC2025 Product Profile Submission<\/span><\/a> link. Log in<\/strong><\/span> using your existing account or R<\/strong><\/span>egister a New<\/span><\/strong> one if needed.<\/li>\n
    2. Refer to the IPPIC2025 Submission Instruction<\/span><\/a> document before you begin.<\/li>\n
    3. Complete all required fields and information accurately.<\/li>\n
    4. You may submit your abstract either in English<\/strong><\/span> or Bahasa Malaysia<\/span>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Submit<\/strong><\/span> your abstract <\/span>in Microsoft<\/strong> Word format (.doc or .docx)<\/strong> using the IPPIC2025 abstract<\/strong><\/span> template<\/span> <\/strong>given in Bahasa Malaysia<\/span><\/a> or in English<\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n
    6. A Notification of Acceptance<\/strong><\/span> will be issued through the system once the review process is completed.<\/li>\n
    7. You are required to prepare the poster using the the poster template<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    8. Submit your poster in A2 size to the submission system.<\/li>\n
    9. Upon acceptance of the poster, you are required to submit the proof of payment.<\/li>\n
    10. During conference day, we will provide soft board for your poster. A table can provided if necessary.<\/li>\n
    11. Participants are required to print their own poster in A2 size<\/strong>. The organizer will NOT<\/strong> bear any cost of printing of the poster.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
