
Instructions for Full Paper Submission & Presentation
- Click on the TVETIC2025 Full Paper Submission link. Log in using your existing account or Register for a New one.
- Select “Add New Submission” under your role as an author.
- Refer to the TVETIC2025 Full Paper Submission Instruction before proceed.
- Fill in all required information accurately and completely.
- Full papers may be written in either English or Malay.
- Submit your paper in Word format (.doc or .docx) using the Full Paper Template given.
- After the review process, please note that you will receive a Notification of Acceptance through the system.
- Upon completion of payment, parallel session schedule will be dissimenate on our website. Refer to the schedule to know your turn of presenting.
- Presentations may be conducted via face-to-face or online sessions.
- Virtual presenters must attend and present live during their assigned parallel session.
- It is advisable for the online presenter to use the following virtual background during presentation. It can be dowloaded through following link. (TVETIC2025 Virtual Background)
- Each presentation should be in 7 to 10 minutes only in duration.
- Pre-recorded videos are Not Allowed.
- Physical presenters are welcome to join any parallel session at the venue.
- E-certificate will be issued to each presenter within 2 weeks upon the completion of TVETIC2025.
- A laptop will be provided in every parallel presentation session (face-to-face session). However, presenters are also allowed to use their own laptop/device.
- All participants are required to use the following powerpoint template for presentation: Template PPT TVETIC2025

Instructions for Abstract dan Poster Submission
- Click on the TVETIC2025 Product Profile Submission link. Log in using your existing account or Register a New one if needed.
- Refer to the IPPIC2025 Submission Instruction document before you begin.
- Complete all required fields and information accurately.
- You may submit your abstract either in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Submit your abstract in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) using the IPPIC2025 abstract template given in Bahasa Malaysia or in English.
- A Notification of Acceptance will be issued through the system once the review process is completed.
- You are required to prepare the poster using the the poster template.
- Submit your poster in A2 size to the submission system.
- Upon acceptance of the poster, you are required to submit the proof of payment.
- During conference day, we will provide soft board for your poster. A table can provided if necessary.
- Participants are required to print their own poster in A2 size. The organizer will NOT bear any cost of printing of the poster.
