Instructions for Full Paper Submission & Presentation

1. Click on the TVETIC2025 Full Paper Submission link. Log in using your existing account or register for a new one.
2. Select “Add New Submission” under your role as an author.
3. Refer to the TVETIC2025 Full Paper Submission Instruction before proceed.
4. Fill in all required information accurately and completely.
5. Full papers may be written in either English or Malay.
6. Submit your paper in Word format (.doc or .docx) using the Full Paper Template given.
7. After the review process, please note that you will receive a Notification of Acceptance through the system.
8. Presentations may be conducted via face-to-face or online sessions.
9. Virtual presenters must attend and present live during their assigned parallel session.
10. Each presentation should be 7 to 10 minutes only in duration.
11. Pre-recorded videos are Not Allowed, and No live streaming will be provided.
12. Online presenters may only attend their own session, while face-to-face presenters are welcome at the physical venue.
13. No laptop will be provided for every parallel presentation session (face-to-face session).

Instructions for Product Profile Submission

1. Click on the TVETIC2025 Product Profile Submission link. Log in using your existing account or register a new one if needed.
2. Refer to the Product Profile Submission Instruction document before beginning.
3. Complete all required fields and information accurately and completely.
4. You must submit and present only in Bahasa Malaysia.                                                                                                                 5. Submit your Product Profile in abstract form by using Word format (.doc or .docx), please follow the Product Profile Template given.
6. A Notification of Acceptance will be issued through the system once the review process is completed.
