Instructions for Full Paper Submission & Presentation

  1. Click on the TVETIC2025 Full Paper Submission link. Log in using your existing account or Register for a New one.
  2. Select “Add New Submission” under your role as an author.
  3. Refer to the TVETIC2025 Full Paper Submission Instruction before proceed.
  4. Fill in all required information accurately and completely.
  5. Full papers may be written in either English or Malay.
  6. Submit your paper in Word format (.doc or .docx) using the Full Paper Template given.
  7. After the review process, please note that you will receive a Notification of Acceptance through the system.
  8. Upon completion of payment, parallel session schedule will be dissimenate on our website. Refer to the schedule to know your turn of presenting.
  9. Presentations may be conducted via face-to-face or online sessions.
  10. Virtual presenters must attend and present live during their assigned parallel session.
  11. It is advisable for the online presenter to use the following virtual background during presentation. It can be dowloaded through following link. (TVETIC2025 Virtual Background)
  12. Each presentation should be in 7 to 10 minutes only in duration.
  13. Pre-recorded videos are Not Allowed.
  14. Physical presenters are welcome to join any parallel session at the venue.
  15. E-certificate will be issued to each presenter within 2 weeks upon the completion of TVETIC2025.
  16. A laptop will be provided in every parallel presentation session (face-to-face session). However, presenters are also allowed to use their own laptop/device.

Instructions for Abstract dan Poster Submission

  1. Click on the TVETIC2025 Product Profile Submission link. Log in using your existing account or Register a New one if needed.
  2. Refer to the IPPIC2025 Submission Instruction document before you begin.
  3. Complete all required fields and information accurately.
  4. You may submit your abstract either in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Submit your abstract in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) using the IPPIC2025 abstract template given in Bahasa Malaysia or in English.
  6. A Notification of Acceptance will be issued through the system once the review process is completed.
  7. You are required to prepare the poster using the the poster template.
  8. Submit your poster in A2 size to the submission system.
  9. Upon acceptance of the poster, you are required to submit the proof of payment.
  10. During conference day, we will provide soft board for your poster. A table can provided if necessary.
  11. Participants are required to print their own poster in A2 size. The organizer will NOT bear any cost of printing of the poster.
