✅Collaborators from other universities will be charged at the same rate as UTM participants, with a collaboration letter required as proof of payment.

✅Registration fee does NOT include the publication fee.

✅For international participants, fees are based on the current Currency Exchange Rate

STEP 1: PAYMENT

Payment Method 1:  Bank or Online Transfer

LocalMode:  Please be informed that all the payment must be made via bank transfer. Payment via Credit Card/ Paypal is not accepted.

All the payment must be made in MYR currency or USD (for international participant) and the payment must be made before 31st August 2025.

STEP 2: COMPLETE REGISTRATION

Complete your registration which includes uploading the Proof of Payment (Receipt) in pdf/image format using the same submission link.

Refund Policy: There is NO REFUND of the registration fees upon payment.
