MPPD 1313 : Organization Development

This course is an essential exposure to the concepts of organizational
development and change using several methods, mainly project
management associated with the organizational objectives. Several
important topics are developmental concepts, organization, management
skills, project, leadership and motivation, strategy and work group. And
the end of this course, students is expected to produce a written report
and deliver presentation based on team project that related to the
knowledge of organizational development.
