Students will be introduced to the major ethical and legal issues in counselling. As for legal aspects topics include confidentially, legal aspects of counsellor-client relationship, privileged communication and malpractice. In the second component, the role of ethics and values will be discussed with special emphasize on the guideline issued by Malaysian Board of Counselors.
