This course will expose students to the definition, concept, and philosophy of career development. This course also discusses the career development theories in counselling. Topics also cover the occupational aspirations, job search success, and job satisfaction across career issues. This course also discusses the assessment of interests, needs and values, ability, and other personel constructs based on career development inventories.
