This course provide students wth a thorough overview on one important aspect in human resources development program i.e. Training and Development (T&D). Among the topics in the discussion are the basic concepts in T&D, the functions of T&D, training needs analysis, benchmarking, implementation and evaluation processes in T&D. Current issues related to T&D will also be discussed to stimulate information sharing among students in the course.
