MPPA 1353 : Supervision in Education

One way of ensuring the organizational processes being carried out effectively is professional supervision. In regards to educational context, professional supervision is considered as important as the teaching and learning which permits the member in the organization to engage in teaching and learning professionally. The course is designed to provide an in-depth exploration of professional relationship in organization namely professional supervision.
