MPPA 1133 : School Management

This course is intended to expose students in discovering and develop their school management concept. They will be exposed to three parts. Part one are about the issues on administration and management approach in Malaysians’ school practices. It covers school activities such as curriculum management, co-curriculum management, facilities management and financial management. In part two, students will be discussing based on the book “The Principal Creative Leadership for Excellence in School”. Part three will be related on the topics such as: An Effective School; Safe School; School Evaluation based on NKRA; Quality management based on SKPM; Strategic management; Change management; Empowerment; Benchmarking and Knowledge management in school.
