1.The abstract should be between 300 and 400 words
2. The author(s) should provide a title, the name(s) of the author(s), author affiliation(s),
3. Include at least three and not more than five keywords
4. The abstract should consists of :
– Introduction
– Purpose/ Objective
– Design/methodology/approach
– Findings
– Originality/value/implications

# Double-blind reviews will be conducted for all papers by at least two independent reviewers. Authors of accepted paper will be notified by email.
